Profile

Mr. Talal Alnafie currently leads Osool as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this charge, he was the Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in April 2022. During his tenor he has been part of the executive team responsible for Osool’s major transformation across people, processes, and systems. As CFO, his responsibilities encompassed Financial Control, Budgeting & Reporting, Lease Administration, and Collection.
Before joining Osool, he held the position of Group Treasurer at Tasnee, one of the largest petrochemical companies in the Kingdom. As Group Treasurer, He successfully negotiated multiple refinancings and debt financings totaling 25 billion Saudi Riyals. He began his career within the Audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
He has been a member of several Boards and Audit Committees for industrial companies within the Kingdom across various sectors.
Mr. Alnafie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He has recently completed the Misk 2030 Leaders Program and is a member of the Saudi Leadership Society.

Mohammed has more than 14 years of financial experience in petrochemical and energy industries. Mohammed worked in top listed companies including SABIC and Tasnee in addition to Tarshid holding various positions in the finance departments. Mohammed led Petrokemya JV recharge automation project, contributed to the restructuring of 5 BN of Tasnee’s syndicated corporate dept, established the treasury department in Tarshid and led Osool’s lease cleansing project resulting in accurate tenant invoicing.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

Melanie is an estate professional with 35 years’ multi sector Property and Facilities Management experience across multiple asset classes but with a particular focus on offices, residential and retail, having studied Real Estate Management at Reading University in the UK. She worked for 15 years the City of London and London’s West End managing portfolios of property for some of the UK’s largest investors, such as Hermes and Clerical Medical, developing new approaches to Facilities Management, and driving efficiencies into Property Management.
Her roles in the Middle East began in 2004 as Estates Director setting up the Property Management and Residential Leasing Department of Aldar, the largest developer in the UAE, improving their existing assets and taking completed assets through handover into operations. She was then Head of Property and Facilities Management for TDIC with particular focus on their Saadiyat Island Masterplan and component developments. As GM of Al Rostamani Properties in Dubai she ran the leasing, property and facilities teams of a diverse portfolio.

David is a Real Estate and infrastructure leader with a strong technical background of more than 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. He has extensive experience in contracting, project management, management consultancy and real estate development. David is well known in his diverse global experience and working environments, including Asia Pacific, MENA, the US and the UK.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) from University of Southern Queensland, Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Construction Management from University of Bath, UK.
David has worked in the Kingdom for the past 5 years and joined Osool from Roshn Company where he was an Advisor to the COO. Before this role David worked at both Diriyah and Amaala as the Chief Project Delivery Officer.
Prior to arriving in the Kingdom, he was the CEO and CDO at several development companies as well as Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure for McKinsey & Co in Asia Pacific.

Eng. Ziad is a highly experienced project development and construction engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Management.
Ziad is a certified project management professional with a proven record of accomplishments with 16 years of experience in construction including infrastructure, residential complexes, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, and real estate investment and development. He played a leadership position in completing Crown Plaza Hotel and the Obhur City Project in Jeddah.
As part of the real estate investment team at Raidah Investment Company and Hassana Investment Company, he acted as the owner representative, supervising the development activities. He was also instrumental in integrating GOSI’s legacy managing agents and establishing Osool, successfully launching its operations.

In his role as the Chief Legal and GRC Officer, Dr. Mohammad oversees all legal matters, ensuring that Osool's operations align seamlessly with local regulations and uphold the organization's highest standards. He cultivates a strong legal and compliant environment within the organization. Dr. Mohammad played a pivotal role in establishing Osool's GRC function, laying the foundation for proactive governance, robust risk management, and comprehensive compliance frameworks. This initiative underscores his commitment to embedding best practices across Osool's operations while steering the organization through legal complexities and GRC imperatives.
With a remarkable 18 years of experience, Dr. Mohammad’s journey includes serving as the Senior Legal Advisor to H.E. the Minister of Investments before joining Osool where he advised on investment and investor-related cases and legal matters. Prior to that, he was the Senior Counsel and Head of In-Kingdom Litigation at Aramco, where he successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court and Administrative Supreme Court. In earlier stages, Dr. Mohammad was appointed as a Judge on the Board of Grievances where he presided over administrative, commercial, and criminal cases.
Dr. Mohammad, Holds a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law from the University of Umm Al-Qura, a high diploma in law from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia, and a Master's and Ph.D. of Law from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts.

As Internal Audit Sr. Executive Director, Eng. Abdulrahman Alshawan is responsible for leading and managing an effective Internal Audit department within Osool. Before joining Osool in July 2023, Abdulrahman led internal audit department at another governmental entity and worked with several prestigious and leading companies/entities in Saudi Arabia such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Bechtel and EXPRO.
Eng. Abdulrahman has over than 13 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in building engineering from King Faisal University (KFU), and a Master degree in Building Science from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU). Also, he obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Project Management Professional certificate (PMP).
